Baby & Me Pilates

This class is specifically for mummies who are looking for a safe and focused approach back to exercise after birth. Each class is tailored to your needs and numbers are limited so individual care can be given when needed.

The class will start with some light stretching and mobility work, breathing exercises will compliment working your pelvic floor whilst layering in exercises to build up your strength.

If you are returning to exercise after giving birth, please check with your doctor first before exercising. The class is ideally suitable 6-8 weeks after a natural uncomplicated birth or 12+ weeks after a caesarean section.

Anyone suffering with Rectus Diastasis is welcome in class, even if your baby isn’t a new born.
