LAURA

Laura is the Founder of Boutique Pilates.

She has 20 years experience in the health, fitness & wellness industry and over a decade teaching Pilates.

She quotes “Nothing has quite kept my attention for so long as Pilates has, and has kept my mind and body strong. I believe Joseph Pilates method of movement is for EVERYONE and EVERYBODY”.

Laura is incredibly passionate about sharing the wonderful benefits of Pilates to anyone who has an open mind for strengthening their body.

She has worked with hundreds of Pre & Postnatal ladies, men & women of all ages helping them build strong robust bodies.

She studied with the International Institute of Sports Therapy, holds National Diplomas in Advanced Sports Therapy, Health & Fitness, trained with Cherry Baker Modern Pilates and BASI Pre & Postnatal Pilates.

American Council of Exercise for Pre & Postnatal Exercise, Burrell Education for Pre & Postnatal Assessment & Exercise Prescription.

ELYSIA

Elysia studied Human Nutrition at Bath University. She also trained with Cherry Baker Modern Pilates. You will fall for her fun contemporary style, unique flawless flow and cheekiness in class.

Elysia advocates nutrition and Pilates to nourish the mind and body.

SOPHIA

Sophia's love for Pilates started when she was pregnant with her second child 4 years ago when she attended Laura’s Bump To Baby Pilates classes. She quotes as never feeling as strong before she took up her Pilates practice, and this has massively inspired her to train as a Pilates Teacher.

"We can alI benefit from the wonderful fact that Pilates is low impact, yet physically challenging”.

Sophia’s style reflects her inspirational journey from beginner to advanced student and onto her Pilates teacher training. She has a calm yet strong way of teaching.

She is the essence that we all start from somewhere, and we can all grow into whoever we want to be.

PIPPA

Pippa is our experienced chiropractor. Pippa has found Pilates to be an invaluable tool when helping people recover from muscular skeletal injuries. Recognising the importance of core strength to optimise your health and performance.

Specialising in sports injury’s and working with professional rugby players (Lucky Pippa), you’ll find her style of teaching blends traditional Pilates exercises with rehab, barre and core work.

As a keen hiker and runner Pippa incorporates more functional movements into her classes to help you towards your fitness and health goals outside the class.
